I had went through a rough time with my ex spouse and was going through a divorce which led up to me taking my son to temporarily stay with his father until my divorce finalized with this other person. Took my son out of the line of fire. Went to get him back as agreed once everything was finalized and the father refused to allow me to have my son. Now I've been going through this custody battle, battling everything out, using this attorney. This attorney never talks to you, you only talk to him for a consultation and on the day of court which took 2 months to get a court date. He is $100 cheaper than other retainers but he's not good. I waited for a month and a half to get results. The results I got have broken my heart forever. This so called father got sole custody while I only had joint and only able to see my son every other weekend and on the holidays. I had told this attorney that this man was not in my child's life until he was 2 years old. The father is unstable, etc, period.
