The other two reviews are "spot on". Do not do business with this company. They will take your money and run. They have many complaints and owe many people money! And I agree to MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR OWN TITLE INSURANCE!!!!!

Buyer beware! It takes on average over 16 months to build a house here. All smiles and customer satisfaction until they take your money and you sign your name. No two houses are alike, even though they are all based on the same model. Issues after you close are as slow as molassas in the winter time to be resolved, if at all. Surrounding vacant lots are not kept up with maintenance and weeds grow like wildfire. Word to the wise...if you decide to purchase your home here, make sure you buy Title Insurance. Good Luck.

stay away, they are crooks the bait and switch act is here.. they dont care after the sale, take the money and run they never fix any of the items that are wrong they keep saying it will be done next week then never come and they dont answer the phone,
