        Overall

        PAIN! I had an extraction & filling in one sitting per dentist recommendation. Few days later the pain was unbearable!!! I called them because I can't stand the pain and tell them I need better pain killers. After the receptionist talked to the dentist she told me that they will not prescribe anything and if the pain is still there on Monday to come in. Are you kidding me!!!! After a painful weekend I was seen on Monday. He discovered that I had dry socket!!! In my opinion there is a lack of empathy. I felt like they tagged me as a pill popper instead of treating me like a patient who was truly in pain. I don't understand why they didn't offer to bring me in immediately when I told them I was in PAIN! I didn't even receive an apology and still charged for services. I switched dentist immediately and Dental Health Associates sent over records to my new place stating everything looked good. No summary of any procedures. I am not sure if that is normal, but in my opinion this is HORRIBLE!
