Shannel has done my hair for years. When I was a little boy and experimenting with my black hair -- she helped me discover what was truly available for my hair texture. She used to own a beautiful big shop but has down sized to a homey shop due to a small clientele of locals. She is funny and honest.

Never again! I have never had someone so rough with my hair. First of all I have a lot of thick hair. Why the heck would you use a rat teeth, small comb. You are supposed to use a wide tooth comb. So, needless to says she broke off a lot of my hair! She called herself doing a deep conditioning in my hair and roller set. When she was done my hair was extremely dry and not manageable the next day. I had to re wash it the next day myself and deep condition it, to soften my hair. The products she uses are cheap generic junk, you can purchase at Walmart. If you are a hair salon shouldn't you be using top notch products to match your top notch prices. She's charges way too much money. And even if she was less expensive, she's still not a good hair stylist! And will make your hair fall out. Do not go here. Ever!! And if you do after seeing this, you are a fool!

Worst place to get your hair done! Please ladies, do not go to this place. She messed up my hair and my daughters hair! She is lucky I do not sew her behind. Go to Boston and/or Worcester people. Do not go to Fitchburg to get your hair done.
