This is a great rv center, we went back several times looking at our Cougar 5th wheel because we had to have a certain height, almost to the point we felt we were bugging them. We happened to get a great gal, Erin, that helped each time and answered our questions. They even towed it 70 miles away to make sure it fit in the shop. There was only one little glitch when it came to our trade in but they resolved it.I do have a suggestion that maybe could be passed on to the manufacturer, it would be nice if they would put plastic on the carpet ours is quite soiled from people going through the unit.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I thought I might be the exception and not the rule with my horrible experience with Tacoma RV, until I began reading a number of online reviews about Tacoma RV.I bought a brand new 2015 Passport from Tacoma RV, and had an issue with the refrigerator not working immediately. When I called Tacoma RV the first time to set an appointment to get the trailer in, they let me know it would be 2 months before they could get it in, stating they were too busy to get it in sooner. I got it into them after the 2 months, and they sent it back out, saying they could not duplicate the problem, which is understandable considering it was intermittent. I picked it back up and took it out immediately, duplicated the problem again, and called them to get it back in for service, and they told me I would have to wait another month. I waited the month, got it back to them, and then they completely forgot about me for 3 months, with my trailer sitting on their lot!!! I finally called them and asked what was going on with it, and they immediately rushed it out the door saying they could not duplicate the problem again. I took it out immediately, duplicated the problem multiple times again, and called them back. I had to wait another 2 months to get it in again, even though they had just had it for 3 months. I finally got it back in again, and again they tried to send it back to me, saying they could not duplicate the problem!!!At this point, I told them to have the refrigerator plugged in Friday night, and leave it running until I arrived on Saturday, and prove to me it was working. I got a call a few hours after I talked to them, after telling them to do this, and all of a sudden they duplicated the problem, on Friday. Tacoma RV finally contacted Keystone regarding the refrigerator; apparently they realized I would no longer accept the “we cannot duplicate the problem excuse.” Keystone had them replace the cooling unit in the refrigerator. They replaced the cooling unit, said they tested it and it worked fine. I took it out right away, tested it, and now the refrigerator does not work at all !!! I waited another 2 months to get it back into them, and after a couple of weeks, they called me and told me that they had just gotten authorization from Keystone to replace the cooling unit. Tacoma RV did not even know that they had replaced the cooling unit already, which was why the refrigerator did not work at all anymore. At this point, Tacoma RV finally got authorization from Keystone to replace the refrigerator. Of course, with a long wait for the refrigerator to arrive.At this point, the camping trip I had planned for a year, and one of the main reasons I bought the trailer, came up. I had been telling Tacoma RV for months; whatever you do, just make sure it is done before this camping trip. I ended up checking my trailer out from Tacoma RV to take on the camping trip, without a working refrigerator, in 100+ degree heat. I spent a lot of time and money on ice and trying to preserve food. I then had to return the trailer to Tacoma RV, with yet again, a wait.Tacoma RV finally replaced the refrigerator, and I just picked up the trailer today (10/10/2015). I purchased the trailer from Tacoma RV on 9/20/2014. I have dealt with this problem with Tacoma RV for over a year now!! I have had to cancel several camping trips due to Tacoma RV, and have had a lot of food go bad. I spoke with Ladonna, the owner, and she blames it all on Keystone.I sure hope it is actually fixed this time.Once the sale is complete, you don’t seem to be important to Tacoma RV anymore.

Tacoma RV Center was great!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable about the RV. There was no pushy salesman.. They have great warranty's.. They even came to our house to put the clear cover over the trailer, so we wouldn't have to drive the trailer all the way back since we live far way.

Tacoma RV Center is a very good place to purchase your RV or Travel Trailer. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They are not pushy. They take their time to make sure you are happy with your choice. When we upgrade will go there first.

We were looking for Travel Trailer and we came across Tacoma RV no hard sales just solid information on what we were looking for.

First time RV buyers and couldn't be happier with the treatment we got at Tacoma RV. NO pressure to choose a particular trailer and NO pressure to even sell to us. The entire staff was helpful with everything from answering questions before the sale, to the "walk around" afterwards. I also feel I got a great price for the unit we bought. Even their "after care" has been great.

We've been looking around at RVs for a few years now and finally decided that we'd get serious and do this. We stopped at Tacoma RV because we thought they carried a particular brand of RV we'd liked when we looked around a year or so ago. They didn't carry that brand after all, and we were going to leave when Bernie suggested we take a look at what they had to offer. At first we declined, but, we were there so at his urging decided to spend a few minutes and see if anything interested us. Bernie asked us what we were looking for in an RV and showed us a few Cougar models by Keystone. Wow. We were absolutely surprised by the quality and affordability of the trailers we looked at. Ended up making a decision and bought one that day. Everyone at Tacoma RV was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've already recommended them to a few friends!

They were able to do what others couldn't, get me out of my old trailer with no problems. From the start to finish this place is hands down the best to deal with. when we took deliver of the new Trailer they let us ask questions, and had the answers. Even after we took the trailer they seemed to care. Highly Recommended.

We bought our first trailer here many years ago. Got out of camping for a few years but decided we missed it. Went to Tacoma RV again and am so glad we did. From the first time we walked in the door till the day we took it home, they were always there to help. Would recommend Tacoma RV to everyone.

This is my 2nd Montana 5th wheel I have bought here and each time it has been a great experience,LOW PRESSURE sales, great selection,good prices,Lifetime warranty,Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff , very good finance dept,when the time comes for another new one I'll be back

We were just out looking and not intending to buy when we got our first trailer. We ended up at Tacoma RV and found a great selection of trailers. Our first trailer was a bumper pull which we got in 2012. What was nice, because we were just looking, no one pressured us in any way. We could ask as many questions and not once did we feel we needed to talk to someone about finance. When we were ready to buy our first trailer it was so nice. We would rather buy 100 trailers then one car, it was that easy!!!Well this year we needed some parts for our trailer and happened to go to Tacoma RV when they were having their open house. My husband asked if we could look around, I said ok but we weren't buying anything, famous last words!! Well by the end of the day we were making arrangements to trade our bumper pull for a 5th wheel. No pressure from the sales people we just found a trailer that we felt met our needs. No regrets! Tacoma RV is the best.

We found our new rig at the Tacoma RV Show and from the moment we began our interaction with their staff (including the owner!) we could not have been more pleased. We've owned several different trailers in the past and have had experiences that range from 'eh...don't bother us' to 'yes we can help you but you have to be flexible to our needs/schedule' to out and out horrific. With Tacoma RV they treat each customer as if they are the MOST important customer they have. Everyone is knowledgeable, experienced, efficient at their work and they will go out of their way to support you in your purchase, to make sure you are completely happy with it. We'd recommend this dealership over any other out there.

We wanted to buy a travel trailer, so my husband, as he always does, researched them to death. Then began the search for a dealership. First call to Tacoma RV - only place to give my husband a price on the phone. Then a trip down there - Rob the salesman stayed after hours to show us the one we wanted and gave us some gift cards to thank us for coming down! ( We live about an hour away.) Then a visit with the finance gentleman - also after hours - easy peasy. Then a visit a couple of days later to pick it up - we were given so many "gifts" with the buy that I kind of felt a little guilty! Easiest process for buying something big that my husband and I have ever been through!! And they are a BBB place - my husband checked. :-) Every person in that place was amazing - from finance to the gentleman in their store - thank you!!! Why go anywhere else????? 2012 montana , 7 major repairs in 7 months, bedroom slide leaks, shower leaks, lots of floor damage, front cap has a crack from the cabinets pushing from the inside out, tacoma and keystone don't fix it, what can i do, don't buy keystone

The first time we had to leave a new unit there was to fix a microwave that never worked. We were told the whole thing needed to be rewired. The second time, the oven didn't work. This time, the pull out couch that was never used until now was found to NOT have it's mattress. Instead of allowing me to go to a dealer where we are travelling, Tacoma RV expects us to WAIT for 2 or 3 days for them to MAIL us a mattress for the unit. Meanwhile, my son has nowhere to sleep. Go figure. Three things that SHOULD have been caught before taking possession of the unit & this much grief to get them fixed. I do NOT recommend Tacoma RV to anyone!

I tried to call their toll free number. I was auto routed to a finance company's recorded message, & then disconnected. I tried twice thinking that perhaps I had mis-dialed. I didn't. Never got through.
