Radiant Tan

I just recently started tanning here a little over a week ago, and my past week experience has been horrible. The girls at the counter have been gossiping to other customers, they act like you don’t exist if they don’t know you, and so much more. The other day I went to tan and I was told to go in the same bed until I reached full time, and I was in the same bed until the other day. I went up by only 2 minutes and they put me in a different bed and I became a lobster. My husband can vouch for that. When I went in today, I asked if there was new bulbs in the bed and all she told me was she doesn’t know and acted like it was nothing. Customers NEED to know when new bulbs are put in a bed, so you should always know what beds have new bulbs. For second, she didnt ask if I had eye war or anything, which I might be contacting FDA. I told her I wanted to tan and then spray, and she had a attitude about which bed I should go into, and telling me I should of been switching from level 3 and 4 this whole time. So then she was putting me in a level 3 and the bed messed up, so then she put me in a level 4, WHICH IVE BEEN DOING THIS WHOLE TIME, and I went 15 minutes the last time and today she put me in for 8 minutes...? Tell me how that makes sense. Anyways, when I got out of the bed I sat down on the couch because nobody was at the counter and someone was in the spray. So as I sat there, a few people came in and she waited on the first guy, then the girl in the spray walks out. Then as I was sitting there, the lady was helping 2 customers, not really “helping” more like gossiping like usual. I’m sitting there waiting to spray for 21 minutes as she’s just gossiping about this job and a guy!!! I don’t get why I need to get a babysitter for my son quick, if I can’t even tan quick!?! I was staring that whole time at them, waiting to go in the bed. I could sit here and say so much about this place in the week and a half I have been here, and to sum it up. It’s horrible.
