Indigo or anyone else just so you know, any apartment complex or this complex cannot charge you for or take away from your initial deposit for normal wear and tear by Washington State law normal wear and tear is new carpet new paint things of that nature they can charge you or take away from your deposit for broken windows holes in walls essentially massive damage if you do get charged or they do take away from a deposit for such things (normal wear and tare ) you can take them to court and you will win and they will also have to pay for your lawyer fees and interests I hope this helps.

Fox Run raises their rent far above normal inflation. Their deposits are exceedingly high. When we left I notified them that the apartment was going to be professionally cleaned by me as I am a professional house cleaner; they agreed to this. I cleaned everything on their list perfectly and they said it looked great on the final walk through. Yet, they erroneously said the stove was not cleaned well enough and charged us to clean the entire apartment that had already been fully cleaned! Moreover, they tried to charge us for a shower bar that was not even in the apartment when we moved in. Fox Run's staff is nice and professional but they exploit money from their customers at every opportunity possible.
