Nelson Orthodontics

Although Doctor Nelson provided adequate work with my son & his braces, the office billing systems are totally inadequate. Two years after my son had his braces off we received an additional bill of several hundred dollars. When we called & told them that we had paid in full two years prior, they said that when they were audited, they mysteriously found that they had not billed us properly. We ended up having to pay the amount as they were sending nasty letters threatening to harm our credit (although we disputed the amount).
