        This company has serviced me several times including repairs to my car windows, and now that I'm selling the house they're probably fixing the broken glass in the house window. The car rearwindow including the element for the rear defroster was broken. They fixed it for less than half of what it would've cost at the Toyota dealership in fayetteville.

        If I could give Metz zero stars I would. After inspecting my car window they ordered a part from the dealer only to tell me days later that they couldn't install it and I would have to go to the dealer. Once at the dealer, I find that Metz lost parts to the car that cannot be ordered but only found in a junk yard. Metz also told me that two parts had to be ordered because they didn't come separately only to find that they DO come separately from the same supplier they used and they sold me a part that I didn't need. I am thoroughly dissatisfied.
