Best Day Psychiatry and Counseling Fayetteville

The worst facility ever. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment, another week for the prior auth. They scheduled me for therapy with Dr. Matlack and the appointment only lasted 5 minutes. Their referral to the Haymount institute backfired b/c the HI scheduled, then called me the next day to cancel with no reason. During all this, I've tried to get some communication from them by contacting their Fuquay-Varina office, in which "Michelle" raised her voice and yelled "I'M HERE!" when my volume dropped out and was asking was she still there. Needless to say that call didn't go well and on 11/1/2022 Sarah Atkinson says I was discharged and that the appointment with Matlack was a mistake, because I had inappropriate encounters with these people. The entire experience has been purely excruciating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody or you'll likely have to seek out more therapy elsewhere to undo the damage you've sustained while going here.
