Wal-Mart SuperCenter-Fayetteville

Service is non existent. Customer service reps don't try and help, they just wish you would go away. But what do you expect at the Fayetteville location...

The Vision Center Associates are awful and rude! Except one Maria R. (who was very sweet), everyone else has treated my husband and I completely disrespectful at that place. And I would highly recommend not even using this vision center but this walmart as well. Their attitudes stink, all the way up to management! I now see why when i was there the other day that a VC Assoc. got cussed out in front of me. These people are just plain rude! How do i know this? Because i called them (ever so politely) just now to check on my husbands order for glasses. And the woman didn't ask but demanded to know who my health insurance was and then forwarded me to heaven only knows where? No one ever answered! So i called back immediately thereafter, 3 times and they refused to pick up. So if this is the way that Walmart is going to do their business here in Fayetteville, than i can take my business elsewhere. This is not to mention i cannot count the times that the cashiers attitudes have cost me way more than i dare say, from thier incompetence with over charging me. So yes, this is with out a doubt the worst place to shop.

It'd be helpful if they'd EVER answer the phone to place larger orders at the Deli.

I HAD A MOVIE SENT FROM SITE TOO STORE AND THE MOVIE WAS NEVER SENT TOO THE STORE..I CALL THE FAYETTEVILLE WALMART AND THE PHONE WAS NEVER ANSWERD IT JUST RANG AND IF I HAD AN EMERGANCY THEN THAT WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN VERY GOOD SO I THINK THAT YOU NEED TOO SPEAK WITH YOUR EMPLOYESS ABOUT THIS MATTER AND I THINK THAT A CUSTOMER SEVICE MEETING NEEDS TOO BE ADDRESSED AND HANDLED....thank you
