They deliverd poor customer service beginning with an hour delay in picking up my 106 passengers with not phone call. When we called Adrienne said they were down the street at another parking lot we call there and was told that no charter buses had entered their lot. Later on the return pickup in NOLA the replacement bus was 40 mins late he said she told him the pick up was at 2:00am she had a printed schedule and she asked for one via email that neither of the drivers had. Bus 2012 driver arrived an hour late. I spoke with Adrienne earlier that evening and she assured me they would arrive for boarding at 1:30AM because we had an issue on the way down and being later for pickup it was important for the on time pickup. The driver made his confession why he was late...he went to help another bus company while leaving his passengers in the cold and again late not following the schedule that I provided. The service is unexceptable he had to wipe the windows in order to see out of them while driving back because the air didnt work. That went out on the way to NOLA but he didnt bother to get that check out while in NOLA. VERY POOR service. The bus was leaking in the seats as well.

they suck, went to Mardi Gras for the first time using this company with friends. The bus broke down. We sat on the side of the road for what seemed like forever. long story short, don't use this company
