Empower your commitment to a healthier and more productive life. The Center for Exercise has assisted people of all ages in all states of physical condition for over 15 years. It is the region's first hospital-based fitness center. Our staff of exercise physiologists and specialists hold graduate degrees in exercise science and certifications from national agencies. They, along with interns from the University of Arkansas, help members get fit, lose weight, relieve pain and feel better.

We are located in the Pat Walker Center for Seniors at the corner of Appleby and North Hills Blvd. on the Washington Regional Medical Center campus
