Dr. Box and his staff are all just nice and helpful whether you're there or call on the phone. I have never had any problems whatsoever.

This is a super dentist. His work on my teeth over nore than twenty years has keep my teeth in great shape. He always expained the situation and condition of my teeth carefully to me and pointed out the choices I had to correct any problems. He is patient and knows how to minimize any pain. His skills in repair of teeth and especially with crowns or implants is not only effective but beautiful. If you want a straight shooter who is also talented, this is your man.

Dr. Box is a nice man, very knowledgeable. His staff is Ok, but one hygienist in particular runs off at the mouth. They do not call to remind you of upcoming appointments. If you miss an appointment because there was no reminder card or reminder phone call they just plain old cancel you and tell you not to come back. It is the clients responsibility to remember as well, but I thought any conscientious reputable business should also be responsible for calling and reminding the person. Every other business that I know of does this. Why should Dr. Box's office be any different?
