Great job on a commercial project - fast and efficient

Our landlord called this company( she is in her 80's) because the pipes where backing up where the washer and dryers are. They came then half hour or so later a second truck. (How many plumbers does it take to clear and change a pipe.... the answer is four.) We go down in the basement for laundry and its trashed down there. Water in places everywhere where it wasn't before. Our stuff moved and thrown by the stairs. Ridiculous. THEN they leave a note for a cleaning service to call to clean up their mess!! THEN the bill...over$700 . $180 for material? For a piece of pvc and clamps? $480 for labor for a hour and half? Charges for diagnosing the issue? Seriously!?? Our landlord is in her 80's and you should be ashamed of what you did and charged her. Watch out for your parents calling this company make sure your there to stick up for them

Phil was very professional and did a quick, clean and superior job! I would not hesitate to suggest him to anyone. I have had a fair amount of work done recently and I am surprised at the number of service people that don't return calls, don't show up when they say they are going to, etc. That is why I was so pleasantly surprised when Phil showed up when he said he would, told me exactly what was needed, did the job quick and then showed me later what my pipes looked like that needed to be replaced and why. Hate to say it but I don't find that much anymore- that's why working with Phil was such a pleasant surprise.
