Joan Warner - State Farm Insurance Agent

This agency is so knowledgeable, not only did they save me money on all of my insurance needs, but anytime I have a question they always have an answer, and not only that but it appears to me that they truly enjoy assisting me when I have a question. Both Joan and her staff are fantastic.

TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!! I was a State Farm Insurance customer for 9 years before being transferred to Michigan. I was transferred to Michigan last fall and contacted JOAN M WARNER STATE FARM INSURANCE for renters coverage. I did not need automobile coverage because my car was not scheduled to be shipped to Michigan for at least 60 days during my relocation. Anyway I received a notice a week before Christmas that my auto insurance would be cancelled the day before Christmas for non-payment of Michigan auto insurance! I called their office the Monday before Xmas that but they were closed for the holidays and could not be reached. I left a message for them to call me when their office reopened. I finally called them and asked why they didn't ever call me back and they said they never got the message. They said they were going to give me a refund for the time my car was never in Michigan which I never got.



The final insult was that I got a Expiration Notice in the mail 3 weeks after my policy notice had expired. Bob Wells State Farm Ins. use to send me a renewal notice along with my new ins. cards. Anyway, I notified them that I switched to GEICO for over $600/yr cheaper than her quote and I can call them on the phone anytime and they'll even call me back!



Now I know there have been lots of complaints about JOAN WARNER such as the Ripoff reports you can find online. If you have to have State Farm Ins then go with other State Farm agents that will give you a better deal.

This agency employs the most capable hands and the most informed staff I have had the pleasure to know. Insurance and state law can be confusing and the claims process can be hard to understand as well. Joan's staff takes the time to go over your options and explain the process.

Not very good the staff and JOAN WARNER herself are very very rude when people get into accidents they taunt them and call them Liars the staff is very rude and she never disciplines them instead she says they have the right to be she hikes the prices and never tells you why please stay away beware of this place this place is being investigated she tries to act tough when there is nothing to be tough about other then tell the truth and you would have more customers
