repeated no-shows on repairs , repeated no call-backs on repairs , Mr. Farr , the owner doesn't come & look at his employees work , his Work Proposal says one thing & his true work shows another., he also is rude to his customers on the phone if you can get him to answer the phone., also his reviews from customers said the same last year, the Efflorescence returned because his company didn't remove it properly - I wish I had known about his shoddy work before I hired him.
