Tire One Inc

I bought Michelin winter tires from them in early 2012 that turned out were manufactured in mid 2008. Tires that are 3.5 years old before they were even mounted on my car. Contrary to what the Tire 1 manager says, that is not normal according to research I've done.

Tire One is absolutely the place you want to go. I have many examples, but the one example I will use, is I had a clunking sound coming from the rear suspension area. I went to three places which all wanted to change out my shocks, struts and stabilizer bar which would be costing above $500. I took my car to D.J. and he had his man Robert look at it. He raised the boot over my shocks and noticed a loose bolt...He tightened it solving the issue saying my rear suspension was just fine. It cost me nothing...How many places can you say does that?? How many places of business that you know that we are totally at their mercy because we don't have the knowledge, know how or tools... Would actually be looking out for us as if we were their best friend or family member? I totally recommend D.J. and his highly professional, knowledgeable and definitely talented team to honestly assess your individual situation and fix it at the lowest cost around for the same repair nomatter what it is. as far as Katy's experience... Welcome to a real garage...its supposed to be a little dirty... If you want spot and shiny clean...go to Good Year, or Sears...and pay about $100 more than Tire One. Get your priorities straight. your tire in the trunk...if you don't know how to get it back in the seating...have your boyfriend or dad do it for you...geez...

I go through tires like nobody's business and I typically go through the larger chains to replace them. Well no more! Tire One by far had the best price for tires and a fantastic staff. I don't know about you other girls out there but auto shops usually treat me funny b/c I'm a girl or their short & curt - not here! Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I plan on making them my full service auto people :) Thanks Tire One!

I have had several great experiences at Tire One! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even took me to work and picked me back up when my car was done. They have always been honest and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone!
