The phone number is wrong. There was an older store near fourteen mile the new one is thirteen mile...this is all inaccurate...

First, when I called for an appointment for the weekend, I was told that there weren’t any but they had one at 2 that day. When I said I couldn’t make that one then 2 magically appeared on Sunday.

When I got there, the manager tried to charge me an additional 20 dollars because she needed some “extra brushing”. I’ve had the dog for 13 years and no groomer has ever tried to charge me extra to brush her. So I refused.

I had a better experience on a previous visit but I was so soured by the attitude of this woman, I will not return.

Horrible!! The groomer is not warm and fuzzy with your pet. She did not greet my puppy or me properly. I was told because I was 15 minuets late that it would take up to 6 hours before she could get to my dog. Mind you my appointment was at 9 am, the doors to the store did not open automatically as I approached them, I had to wait there until I decided to jimmy the door open. There were no visible employees, I was the only customer there, the only car in the lot. The groomer was in the back and it took her 5 minutes to get to the front of the store. Beware of this groomer and the practices of Petco. Very poor customer service. The groomer kept trying to blame me for being 15 mins late, when 5 of those mins was trying to get in and waiting for her to wobble to the front. I will never go back there for any reason!!!
