Don't go through them. They were very rude. After calling and talking to the guy for two seconds I told him about another offer that i had and asked him if he'd be willing to match it. He then told me, "Thank you have a nice day," and hung up on me. I don't consider that to be very friendly or courteous service and it is probably reflective of their business practices. Not recommended at all!

I am a real person in Georgia.....I had to sell my beloved 2006 Mercury Milan and I went to cashforcars.com and I received a bunch of offers! Most of them were the same as JYCT but Heather was the best at customer service. The tow truck came when promised with check in hand! The check was good and I'm satisfied! Heather stuck with me the whole time yes she has the New York accent and she talks fast but she knows her stuff and she is a real.doll! Thanks!

Donna was fantastic!! I had been calling all the local junk yards(most didn't even answer the phone with the name of the co., just a very rude"hello") and was VERY frustrated. Then I went online and found Junk your car today, Donna answered the phone and was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. She found me the best price for my car, and was very pleasant to talk to. They respond very fast, but I looked up my cars value on kelly blue book (kbb.com) for a 1996 in fair condition with 150000mi. KBB listedmy car at $923.00; this place only offered $260 plus coupons.

I called to get an offer on my car....they offered so little I thought it was a joke....the girl (with a STRONG New York accent) was like "that's a junk car, what where you expecting?" A 2003 car with 65K miles on it is JUNK? The joke is on them....I called three other places, and ALL offered more than TRIPLE the amount they did. They offered $600 and I sold it for $2200 to their competition. All I can say is CALL AROUND! Don't take the first offer....they try to steal your car for pennies on the dollar. I have NEVER done a review for a company before and this made me so angry I HAD to. I think their reviews on here might be bogus, they seem too good to be true.

Best deal in town, also fast and trustworthy! I was expecting around $2000 for a 10-yr old SUV with <100,000 miles but a failed transmission and body damage. All the local places offered <$500 but Heather offered $1000 and ultimately we settled on $1125. Best part was that she had the tow-truck at my car (free of charge of course) within 48 hr, with check in hand. It was the smoothest and fastest transaction I could have expected. They gave me $1400 for my car and that was fair. I wanted (and I think it was worth) at LEAST $2500, but I needed cash. Better than some of those scammy places offering $300!!! It took too long to get the car picked up, but I think it's an ok company if you are just looking to get fast cash and don't want the hassle of trying to sell it yourself. I could have got $2000 for sure on Craigslist, but my loss is their gain I guess.
