While I regret that so many are having their lives ruined by this abhorrent excuse for a law firm, I am also glad that I am not alone in my experience with them.
They have systematically dug me into a hole that I can't get out of.

Deborah the paralegal (aka. Secretary) is by far the most rude woman I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with. She's screamed at me, belittled me, refused to let me speak to a lawyer screeching that "I have been a paralegal for 30 years and you don't need to speak to a lawyer". Absolutely horrible in an already troubling time.
Alyssa Gaurdo has never once in over a year returned a phone call. Every single time I saw her she asked all the same questions over and over again as though she never read the file and she has no idea who you are.
Mr. Grey is by far the worst of them all. I've been passively aggressively threatened by him, he talks over you and is completely dismissive of any of your concerns.
I've been told point blank by several attorneys that they don't care about what I want and will continue to make decisions on my behalf with no concern for my input.(some of which directly against my wishes).

These lawyers serve THEMSELVES.
They will not represent you and they will not include you in this process.
This is your body, your health and your rights and this law firm will blatantly ignore every one of those things.

Go elsewhere.
Going to this firm was the biggest mistake of my life and by far the most troubling part of this whole experience.

I've had the opportunity to work with Grey & Grey over the last several months and am extremely happy with the the firm. The attorneys are committed, knowledgable, experienced and seem to be truly passionate about their work.

I highly recommend if you have questions about workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, disability retirement, or personal injury.

STAY AWAY! I've been dealing with this firm for the past several months. At first I just thought it was a new case and the communication would get better but it did NOT. You can NEVER speak to a lawyer, and the secretaries are just plain rude. Not to mention when you do get a lawyer to speak to they are condescending and dismissive, which in my opinion is unacceptable. As a human being I care for others and I'm giving you the best advice by telling you; if you have a WORKMANS COMP CASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM; your life will be turned upside down before you know it if you trust them.

STAY AWAY! I just switched away from this law firm. They were "handling" (or NOT handling) my workers comp case... I agree with John F's review about Robert Grey's condescending attitude which I kind of picked up at the onset but I overlooked the red flag. The office staff is rude, and it's almost impossible to speak to an attorney when you call; each time you call, you get a different legal assistant answering the phone and I was told that I have to speak to whichever legal asst answers the phone rather than continue my issue with the same legal asst that I previously spoke to. They have had my case since August 2013 and they have done next to nothing. So glad I made a decision to switch to another attorney! I gave them one star because I don't think I could continue without giving a rating but they don't even deserve one star!
