Dnk Used Cars

This was the worst service I have EVER received anywhere. Fast food serine is better. I am furious at the fact I spent money on a vehicle n days later has issues. Bring it back to get a hard time and no help, discount, nothing! Then a few days past the month mark of having the vehicle another problem alerts now costing n e way more than I bargained for. So upon returning to their building to express our frustration n concern. I will admit that my boyfriend n I did raise our voice slightly, but nothing direct full until he was told no one could help him so he yelled thanks for the help as he walked out. We went over to service for help n the owner got into his vehicle n came speeding over to the service building to get out of his vehicle completely yelling in my boyfriends face. Pointing his finger in his face and puffing up acting and trying to initiate a fight. Not to mention all the swears that came out of his mouth. I am utterly disappointed and even more so wondering how this man keeps a business! I work in customer service m have all my life. I understand definitely to have to deal with an unhappy customer, but you just can't do that! It's not ur own time n personally if it was that just shows the type of person you are!!! Please do your research before buying from here. I would walk myself before ever buying a vehicle from this place. Their isn't a negative rating so I have no rating at all!

Very disappointed. We had purchased a few vehicles from them. Very poor service AFTER the sale. Repetitive visits to service garage. Seemed like a lot of attention during the sale and little to none after.
