Overall

We have been using this company for several months and are very happy with the service. We mostly had positive experience. Car drivers are very cordial, and arrive close to or on time, cars are clean, and are never over crowded. Only once air conditioning wasn't working, and supervisor and the driver were very apologetic about it. We will continue using their service and highly recommend them to others.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have used several Ambulance services over the years and this company is by far the most unprofessional. The driver arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time. Everytime I called for an ETA (estimated time of arrival) I was told 5-15 minutes. As if that wasn't bad enough, once the driver finally arrived he said he had no room in the van to accommodate me in my wheelchair. I couldn't believe it! As a Dialysis patient it is imperative that I receive treatment and arrive at my scheduled time, but as a result of this company poor service, being unprepared to accommodate it's passengers, and being untimely it really could have been bad for my health. Thankfully I was able to get a family member to bring me to my appointment and the Dialysis center was understanding of the situation. I immediately changed to a different company. If you are reading this and need a transportation service to bring you to an important appointment or anywhere "on time" DO NOT use this company. Contrary to their name, LifeCare does not seem to care about people's life! I hope this review is helpful to other seniors like myself.

Overall

I called Life Care to pick someone up, to bring home, from a doctor's appt. The driver that arrived was incompetent. I had to ask him to get out of the car to help the women get in the van, he did so with an attitude. He then proceeded to curse me out using the worst profanity you could imagine and telling me to move on and go about my business. I was fearful for this woman's safety. As he drove off, he yelled one last profanity to me. I immediately called the dispatcher and reported him. I then reported him to a supervisor, and am writing a letter to the company. Hopefully, they will do the right thing and put their clients first and not expose anyone else to this man. I only gave 1 star because a rating was required in order to post my review.
