Unprofessional owner (Al Bauer) grudgingly fixes issues during the warranty period. 2 months after the expiration, our basement flooded from the water tank in the basement. The tank is also used as a fire suppression system. The plumber said he probably should have put on a sediment filter when installed because we are on a well. However, Al nor the plumber wanted to stand by their work. Al was unprofessional and yelled over the phone "go buy one and put it on." Do not use this builder!
