        This place not only have rude customer service representative but also comes up with fake problems on your car to get extra money from your wallet. I took my ford mustand there for oil change. Instead of just changing the oil, they have me their repor which indicated that I needed almost $900 worth of repair which I declined. The next day I took my car to the next service center and they told me that my car is in excellent condition. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. If it was possible I would have given -be star on the rating.

        Avoid this place at all cost. The service department staff is rude and condescending, and the mechanics do an extremely lazy job of diagnostics, assuming that they actually care what the issue is. Attempted to contact Ford, and the service manager lied and said he already talked with me. I contacted him twice and he refused to return any messages. I will NEVER bring my car back there.
