brought a 2011 Ford Edge from this dealer. Was one of the best expierences that i have had. The sales person was very nice never high pressure, also the finance group was very professional. Yes of course they are going to try to sell you all of the add on's this is they way they can make money. THey were not high pressure however, they told me about all the add on's. Extended maintenance, service agrements etc. I did purchase the service agreement that covers normal maintenance items oil changes, brakes, wipers etc. and all scheduled maintenance. This is actually a good package, based on the price of these changes if done individually. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new or used ford.

Bought a new explorer from them and had a decent experience buying the new car. Problem I had was with their appraisal for my trade-in (a 1.5 year old G35); they low-balled me because they told me the car had rust and other damage to the body panels. Had to argue and point out their error before it was corrected. You might want to reconsider this dealership given lack of honesty in all aspects of their operations.
