The Cedarwood Companies develop, design, build and manage retail and commercial real estate nationwide. The four Cedarwood companies, Cedarwood Development, Inc., Cedarwood Architectural, Inc. Tri-C Construction Company, Inc., and Riverview Management Company, provide commercial development from acquisition, development, leasing and financing, through design and construction, to property management. The companies primary focus is on build-to-suit retail, multifamily, hospital and build-to-sit office projects. The companies also provide capital for new client projects that present attractive joint venture and leasing opportunities. Projects completed by Cedarwood include a Borders retail location in Tampa, Fla., and the Sterling Headquarters in Akron, Ohio. Established in 1972, the Cedarwood Companies have headquarters in Akron, Ohio.
