Jiffy Lube

Gentleman that was the problem is not longer at this establishment. Services has return to excellent!! Wonder helpful and knowledgeable employee's. ����


I've gone to this Jiffy Lube many times. Have brought my parents cars, sent friends, and husband. Was always treated with respect and employees would go beyond my expectations at making me feel comfortable and doing a great job. Yesterday was a HORRIBLE experience. The boy( I would not call him a gentleman, from his rudeness, rolling his eyes, and huffing) constantly would cut me off when asking a question, they did not put paper floor mats down, which they got oil on my tan carpet and side of seat. He seemed to get mad at me for me pouting it out and asking him to clean it. Which he did a sloppy job, leaving some oil still there. The gentlemen that usually assist me, vacuum and clean inside windshield. When I asked about it, he huffed, rolled his eyes and said they would get to it rudely! I felt I was just asking for the service that I've always gotten. The girl came out and let me know they only do inside on request. A gentleman that did vacuum my car. Went and spoke to the rude boy, which again he rolled his eyes. When he would walk passed me he would huff and roll eyes.. He made my children and myself very uncomfortable with his inappropriate actions. I'm not sure if there is new ownership at this site?? I will not be returning nor will any of the business that I have brought to this particular store. Oliver Rd. Jiffy Lube reflects the ugliness that Fairfield is becoming. Rude service,and no respect. How was employee to give me attitude when they got oil on my carpets??? POOR SERVICE:(

Excellent customer service!!! It was a rainy day, as I was preparing to get out my car, an employee was there with an ���� umbrella, waking me into building, leading me to waiting area. Nice area, coffee, cocoa, being offered. I was told I'd be checked on within ten minutes, and about that, someone checked in. Vacuumed inside Car, window, topped fluids, informed me of the check list. Couldn't have asked for more. I was surprised and very impressed!! ��������������������������������������������
