        Alex and his partner arrived a little early (how often does that happen!), went right to work, explained what they were doing, completed the chimney inspection and cleaning quickly and neatly and tidied up afterwards. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge.

        We had a bad leak into our daughters bedroom. They sent out 2 very nice workman who took a lot of pictures and emailed them to us with the estimate. We had the work done last week. They cleaned up after themselves which is rare and good. Best of all they fixed the leaking. Good job guys and thanks.

        I contacted Winston Services to clean my gutters. They were not able to give me a day and time when they would show up, but promised to come by "some time in the next week". After 10 days with no sign of Winston, I called again and cancelled. They had not lost my request (I was still on the list), they just hadn't come by to do the job. They were polite about it, but I was disappointed that they could not do the job in a reasonable time frame.
