R T Turf

They seem to be ok as far as cutting grass and lawn maintenance. I have been using them for two years and every request I have asked them about, they seem to be very nice at answering it. I own a town house in centreville, Va. I will agree with the other review. they are not always there to answer the phone, but they are a small business and may not always have the staffing there. They have always been good about answering my e-mails except for this time. I think they had said they do snow removal, and I sent an e-mail to ask what they would charge me to clear my drive way and stairs to my town house. They never answer my e-mail, and I try calling them and got no answer. This is first time this has happened, but it could be because they were very busy with the snow storm. I will say so far I am happy with them and have really no problem with cutting of grass. they are very reasonable on price as well. They seem to be good as far as customer relations because one time they cut my grass into fall when I ask them to stop at the end of Sept. and their response to me was "they were sorry and would take the cutting off my bill" this tell me they will back up their service. So in ending, I would say they are ok and seem to do what they say.

Nothing but problems with RT Turf, to include lack of completed work, unreliable service or none at all. Also a general lack of professionalism. Never could get anyone on the phone, to complete the work.
