        Great Service. The employees were excelled and had great customer service. Car selection was not good. Car was not washed and dusty/ dirty on the inside. The car also had a smell to it. I feel like cars should be washed, vacuumed , and wiped down are each use.

        this time, its really horrible situation with them. i took a car on friday morning for 3 days and paid around $133 ($100 deposit) on special deal. i was told to return my car on monday anytime. then i returned car around 4, but unfortunately, the store was close due to increment weather. then i park at back side and return to LA. i got a phone call on wednesday, and the guy told me, i need to pay for 4 days. i was really surprise of that! i dont know, what to say to them. why i need to pay for an extra days?



        this is the 1st time, i got this kind of illegal attitude from them.
