Blooming Beauty

I asked for simple highlights and layers that give my hair volume because I'm on a professional dance team. The main stylist, Michelle Choi, turned my hair orange and thinned out my hair with the weird scissors instead of giving it the layers I wanted. She was very rude and tried to overcharge me. I tried to get my money back because it looked hideous the next day but of course she refused but then proceeded to accuse me of 'taking advantage' of her. I spent a lot of money for her to damage my hair. Now it's just falling out.
