How long do lash extensions last?
The Lash extensions lasts as long as your natural lash lasts. As your lash sheds it takes the extension with it and a new natural lash grows in its place. Because of this cycle, a set of lash extensions looks its best between 4 and 6 weeks. To maintain the look it is best to get touch ups every 2-3 weeks.
How long is the appointment?
A lash service takes up to 2 hours.
Can I wear mascara?
With the extensions your lash will appear fuller and for most, you will not need mascara for a natural look. If you prefer a more dramatic look you are welcome to apply mascara just do not use waterproof as it takes oil-based removers to remove which will loosen the bond of your new lashes. We recommend Aveda's Mosscara as it is light yet pigmented and easy to remove.
Can I get them wet?
It is best that you do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application. After this curing time you are welcome to swim, workout, and do everything you would normally do!
