        I have a complaint for this company especially towards MIKE ZANAZZO. I am infuriated due to the fact that our family has supported this terrible company with THREE VEHICLE PURCHASES. The second vehicle's brakes needed replacing within a few weeks!

        This company knows how to quickly and easily sell vehicles within the hour it seems, but when it comes to quality and customer service after you have already purchased the vehicle it is totally YOUR problem now and the thought of offering any "help" is a foreign word. When you ask for any information or assistance not even a finger is held out in times of need.
        There is a "no-hassle guarantee" when you purchase the vehicle because why disclose important information when nasty salesmen can just hide it from you?

        I am quite disgusted with our purchases and extremely UNSATISFIED. I will never have any good thoughts that come from Affordable Used Cars as it has drained me and my family financially. Anyone looking to buy a car? Don't even glance at this business, unless you wish to receive extremely poor service. Is there a possible choice of ZERO stars?
