Mr. Byrne scheduled an appointment with me the very same morning that I called. He was prompt and polite. He was here for a little over 1/2 hour, but did not charge for that additional time. I first called Bill at Byrne Plumbing for a leaking faucet in the kitchen. We were able to setup an appointment for the next day. Bill was courteous and gave us a fair price. We called him out again when the water heater stopped working, and he was able to repair it without us having to get a new one.
