The staff was great from the time I checked in to the time I left. My kids love the atmosphere and the dentist was great.

They are always so nice. The staff always makes me feel rite at home. My kids love to go to the dentist because of the environment is so lovely.

Kool Smiles is fantastic. Love how caring and professional they are. Kids enjoy going to the Dentist.

Staff was awesome. My son loved the play area and it kept him busy and his mind off of his appointment.

This was the first time I brought my 3 year old grandson to the dentist and overall it was a wonderful experience. My grandson loves playing on the playground,and the girls behind the counter were wonderful with him and myself to make us comfortable before we got back for his cleaning. When Jackie called us back she was very informative about what he was going to get done. Jessica did a wonderful job with my grandson cleaning his teeth. Dr. Clevidence was outstanding very kind and gentle with him and explained everything to me as he was checking his teeth. I would highly recommend bringing your kids to Kool smiles.

Has a very friendly, detailed oriented, helpful staff. Made my child feel comfortable during the whole visit.

My first visit I was very sceptical because we waited almost 45 minutes before our appointment time and the front office staff had no friendly personality what so ever. I was even able to go back with my daughter to get her fillings because she was so nervous. My last visit I wasn't sure at first if I would return because they would not let me go back this time with my son that was very nervous and starting to cry. The staff told me that I needed to stay out in the lobby with my 7 year old that was just getting a cleaning. Needless to say I stayed out in the lobby and she was never called back until after my son returned to the lobby and we waited an hour before she was called back for her appointment. The dentist did come out and talk to me about my son being very nervous at first but he was an excellent patient and did very well. Had that not happened we would not return.

I always enjoy bringing my grandson for his dental check-up. I would recommend Kool Smiles to any parent that is looking for a dentist for the child.

Staff was very understanding with insurance information and staff and Dr's have been great with my son. He's had multiple appointments recently and is always happy to come back.

Someone behind the counter was a little grouchy one of our last visits but it was ok. It was a bit crowded that day.
