About PD&S Agent Your PD&S Agent, Inc. ( PD&S ) was founded in Evansville, Indiana in 1983. PD&S operates an immediate response delivery and expedite shipping service at the Evansville Regional Airport. With the use of both employees and independent contractors, and parnters, PD&S is able to provide service across the continental United States as well as Canada. Its airport location makes the Company's access to freight delivered into Evansville by air very cost efficient for a driver who would otherwise drive a half-hour to the airport to pick it up through the airport distribution channels. The airport location also provides a large loading dock as well as ample storage space. PD&S has been the local agent for BAX Global, Inc since 1997. BAX Global Inc. is a $2.9 billion supply chain solutions and transportation solutions company offering multi-modal logistics management for business-to-business shippers through a global network of nearly 500 offices in 133 countries.
