I am astounded by the lack of professionalism on the part of Dr. Deborah Phillips. She consistently provided nothing but shoddy treatment from the "therapy" she provides, down to the reckless manner in which she prescribes meds. When a person presents with mental/emotional distress, they should be able to find comfort in their therapist, but Dr. Phillips has only provided more emotional distress. She constantly contradicted herself concerning treatment, especially concerning medication. She used a missed appointment to justify cutting off physically addictive medication, cold turkey, going against her own past advice. She herself advised never going off this medication cold turkey, as it is dangerous. This means that she knowingly did harm as a punishment, causing a fairly significant withdrawal period over the holiday season no less, when tending to family is so important. The unethical manner in which Dr. Phillips conducted herself has left me reeling, and without a replacement provider.

The staff and Providers are very friendly and very attentive to my needs. Feels good to have Providers who want to help me. Thank you Benson Health Clinic.

Amber Benson is really good at what she does and the staff is wonderful.
