The company is a fraud, a rip-off, and should be avoided at all cost. The service tech charged $267 to (allegedly) replace an auto-defrost component on a fridge, which he diagnosed as the reason the fridge wasn't holding temp. The "repair" did nothing to fix the problem, following which the company (James Reyna) stopped answering or returning phone calls. Do not be their next victim !!!
