        I got a perm. on Monday May 5t...

        I got a perm. on Monday May 5th 08. The perm is gone it was never curley and now it is straight and flat.

        I asked for a tight and curley perm as I was going north for the summer. I had even suggested useing smaller rollers.

        I have had many tight and curley perms in the past with good results. I don't know why some of your people do not listen to their customers. I am here ( up north ) for the summer so no need to tell me to come in for a new perm. I am so disappointed that I would not go back there again anyway. It was done at the Estero Fl. First Choice.

        The cost of the perm. was 54.95 plus a 10$ tip. cost to me 64.95 for a really bad job. I feel bad complaining because the person doing the perm is a very nice person. She just did not do what I asked for.

        This place is the best pizza you could have everytime i go in there i feel welcome and if u like fresh new york pizza that is a great place to go! this place dosent only have pizza its has big manu. i highly recomend this place!
