Rick's Catering

Rick catered my wedding 8/22/09. My husband and I wanted to have a relxed wedding that felt like a upscale family BBQ. We contacted Rick on the recemendation of a faimly member and set up a taste testing day. Rick cooked everything we had asked to have at our wedding and then some! We left with extra food and full bellies and knew he would be perfect for our wedding. I had a few questions in the months leading up to the wedding and every time I called Rick he was more then happy to answer all my questions.

We are still hearing about the food at our wedding, and it is a month later! The pulled pork is out of the world along with Rick's homemade maple salad dressing! Working with Rick was a pleasure and as easy as can be! We are very greatful for having Rick there cooking for us and our families. The food could not have been better and we will be sure to call Rick for our next event, big or small! Thank you so much!!!!!!
