Champ Touchless Car Wash Inc

I am a loyal customer at their Shelburne Road location, so being in the Essex area I thought I would get the same service. I went to the car was with a car that only gets driven a few times a year and never once salt is on the road. It is not a "mudding" car and rarely, if ever, sees a dirt road. It is kept in a garage when not driven. It was dusty and needed a wash. The car was just as dirty once I left the car wash as when I went in. I went back and they told me it was not dirt, but a film on the paint. They then asked me, "What do you expect for $11?" A clean car is what I expected. Funny, lightly touching it with my hand took off the "film" and there was dust on my hand. I had to pay them and additional $2 for a "bug cleaner" that they assured me would take off the "film". They gave me a receipt. When I was done and on my way, I looked at the receipt that said they gave me a free ($11 worth) rewash, no mention of the additional $2 dollars I gave them, so I would not be surprised if the $2 was pocketed as there is now no record of it. Worst of all, when I got out of the car I can see the streaks of dirt in the sunlight! I will NEVER go to this car wash again.
