Closed on house & had to wait exactly 2 months before I could recieve my escrow (It would be longer if I did not push the situation). Individual I dealt with directly was condescending and had no sense of urgency. I made the phonecalls myself to get the ball rolling, and low and behold my check was available that day..In fairness, they did indicate they instructed their paralegal to followup and make a phone call 59 days after my closing upon my request.
