Many patients today and in the near future will end up having high deductible plans, where the insurance won’t cover the first $2,000-$5,000 that they spend anyway, but with our membership model, they can maximize the amount of healthcare they get and minimize their cost. In the new model of care, we work with our patients directly through a monthly membership so they get unlimited office visits and what we call technology visits. They also don’t have co-pays for anything in our office. Any procedures we can do in our office like: EKG, PFT’s, biopsies, cryosurgery, joint injections, osteopathic manual treatments (OMT), etc., are included free of charge.
Immunizations
This, however, does NOT mean that those of you with insurance cannot be members. It simply means that we will no longer bill or collect payment directly from insurances for your care. We will simply require an annual membership fee, paid monthly, to be a patient in our practice. The membership will cover our costs of providing care to you and your family. This also means that you will no longer be required to pay us copayments/coinsurances/deductibles for care we provide through our office. Your heallth insurance can still be used for vaccinations. The memberships are otherwise all-inclusive. There are NO additional per visit charges. Membership will be available for individuals, couples, and families. The membership is not insurance nor a substitute for insurance. In order to provide our patients with the highest possible level of quality, personalized care, membership in our practice will be limited. Membership rates are as follows...

As a Direct Primary Care Practice, we operate on a monthly membership, which you can have unlimited access to your private physician without worrying about paying co-payments, coinsurances or deductibles because you do not need to pay extra when you are concerned about your health. Because we will be an insurance-free practice, we will offer many services free of charge, in order to maximize your health. We will be offering wholesale medications, lab tests and discounted radiology services, which will be of substantial savings to you!
