        Was .shopping with a friend at Giant Eagle 8/24/12. Lynn went through checkout and discovered she had not been charged for 4 cases of pop. She immediately returned to the store and told them of the situation and to pay for the soda. She did not even receive a "thank you" for returning to pay. She did not expect kudos but a simply thank you by the checker would have gone a long way. Disappointed customer.
