American Eagle Outfitters

The staff in AE Millcreek Mall are so rude and unhelpful.I am angry at how they treated me when i was there...one girl in particular was VERY rude after i had lost the clothes i had just purchased there about 1 hour before...she was VERY unhelpful and i can assure you i will never give AE another penny of my money if this is not sorted out. I don't know the girls name...but she checked me out and then later when i returned to see if she could check if my clothes that i had lost had been returned. She found this funny...and said it wasn't her problem. i understand it is not "HER" problem but she could have been nicer about it and she could have checked if the items had been returned. She choose not to and thus made me a very unhappy customer...i have already emailed AE about this and have had no response. i am disgusted.Michelle C.
