A Pro Image has provided our non-profit organization great service. Steve is responsive and accommodating. The prices of the t-shirts we ordered were very reasonable and the design work and printing quality were excellent. We have ordered t-shirts for our annual run two years in a row, and our organization also works with A Pro Image for day-to-day printed t-shirt orders. The quality is consistently very good and Steve goes out of his way to respond quickly and accommodate last minute changes. I would rank customer service and quality very high.

I was planning an event and decided to get t-shirts made about 4 days before the event. I got a quote - which was the cheapest one of every place I called in the NYC area - sent the design in a day later. I dealt with Steve who was quick to reply to every email I sent. I was being indecisive about the shirt/design colors and he was very informed on proper color combinations. We arranged a pick up to get the shirts the day of the event and he was very accommodating. Steve cleaned up our scanned design beautifully, the colors were great, and everyone at the party raved about the shirts! The event was a huge success mainly because Steve and A Pro Image were able to get these shirts made on such short notice. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

A Pro Image, Inc was incredible to work with on our event tee shirts. These shirts are part of our biggest fundraiser for retired greyhounds. Steve made the whole experience effortless. We have had 10 years of event tees and these were our best by far! Do not hesitate to use A Pro Image.

After checking different websites and comparing costs, quality, etc... I was still hesitant to complete the transaction on line so I decided to visit Pro Image office personally. It was not a fancy place by any means but what pleasantly surprised me was the straight forward, no complicated information that the office manager showed me on how his offer was the best. He showed me how his on line competitors' prices are compared to his ... and his is clearly the most reasonably priced. The following day, I was shown the artwork custom made to my requirement, after a few litttle adjustments, I would say the design I had in mind was fully captured. That afternoon, as promised, the whole project was completed. The finished products were flawless. All the lines in the prints were precise and clean. I noticed a pin sized spot on 1 of the shirts... the manager didn't even have second thoughts... he replaced it with a perfect one. You don't have to be an expert in shirt printing... this company will treat you with honesty and provide BEST VALUE product and precise service.
