        Had Dr. Cowan as my Urologist and surgeon last year. Have a swollen lymph node and need an emergency appointment. Called and confirmed this morning and was scheduled for tomorrow. Their office just called me and canceled me. Said they don't take Medicaid. They did last year for my follow ups.. They don't care about people... it's business as usual with Urology Associates. Thanks for leaving me with no where to go at the last minute. Extremely Urologist and inhumane

        Called Saturday morning because I have an emergency and not only was the the attendant rude and and insensitive, he was not helpful at all! Not sure how they get new patients
