        Non Responsive - DO NOT USE

        I placed an order on the web site. They accepted the order, but never shipped it. They do not respond to customer feedback form, email, (800) number or local number, even using the WHOIS data.



        The experience could be made better if they responded to customers, or at least did not accept orders that they could not fullfil.
