        My grandmother is 90 and is living in Atria Encino Terrace. They have really great staff. They care and take care of her needs. My grandmother says the food is good and varies all the time. She is having a very good experience.
        I personally live abroad, and as a result naturally worried. Irma and Irina help me a lot, communicate with me, and assist in what ever needs to be done. I truly recommend.

        My wife and I was recommended some places to check out on Ventura Blvd because it is close to my wife's job. However, this place takes the crown for the WORST SENIOR HOME. The staff was nice, but the place was dull and boring. People were crowded in a room playing Bingo and the rooms were small. But to make matters worse I saw cockroaches in a few places in this place. I EVEN PHOTOGRAPHED A COCKROACH!

        When I asked a few people about bug problems, the staff got embarrassed and changed the subject. One person even told me they have been spraying for a year now and the cockroaches are still everywhere.

        We will never be back.
